Jade is an original, 4-berth Automatic VW Westfalia Camper who's had a new interior fitted by us and is now looking for new adventures. Here's the low-down:

Bodywork 
Jade is a solid and rare late Westfalia that was special order from Germany. In 21 years of trading, we have never seen this type of conversion with an automatic gearbox. She has a solid chassis and undercarriage and nice shiny paint work, with just a couple of small areas of light rust, which we can address if needs be. 
 
Mechanical 
This bus has been looked after and has been serviced by us for the last two years. The axle, gearbox and engine all look in great condition. The engine was fitted new two years ago and she pulls like a train. She steers great and with servo-assisted brakes she stops quickly as well. 

 

Interior 
All the interior has been replaced with new Vanwurks units including a cooker, sink, fridge, rock and roll bed, and all the electrics you will need to go camping (even a 2kw Webesto petrol heater for the cold winter nights). It's also fitted with an iPod stereo, two-speaker system, a painted dash that looks amazing, rear child seat belts, overhead locker and a table.

The pop top was restored by us and the canvas, bed upholstery have been replaced and look amazing.

 

Driving Jade
Jade drives very well. The steering is nice and positive with no wandering, the automatic gear change is also good. The brakes are very good with servo assistance. The engine is awesome and pulls really nicely through the gears and has the extra power to help get up those hills.

 

Camping
Since the interior has been fitted it doesn't look like this bus has been slept in or used much at all, and with all the comforts to go camping she's crying out for new adventures.

 

Summary 
Jade is ready to go today. As a right hand drive automatic that can sleep up to four adults, it's a rare model that should be snapped up quickly.
